Poh Teck Lim

Teck Lim Poh, the founder of Hexcel from Malaysia, is an internationally recognized inspirational Conference Speaker, Trainer-Coach and Author of the highly acclaimed and successful book, Mindful Challenges towards Peak Performance.

Drawing upon 25 years of business, management, marketing and training experience with a degree in Master of Business Administration from University of Durham, U.K., Mr. Poh created the Hexcellence™ Model and Hexcellence™ Learning Programs which have been impacting the performance outcome of all level of employees from all industries in the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, U.K. and USA since 1992. His clients range from government departments to SMEs and Fortune 500 companies with participants of diverse backgrounds coming from 26 nationalities.

As a regular conference speaker, he has presented at world premier conferences like ASTD, IFTDO, ARTDO and HRD Asia Congress among others, sharing his insights on maximizing human excellence based on his Hexcellence™ Model.  A Master Trainer-Coach on coaching skills and the founder member of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), his special recognitions include being listed in the “International Who’s Who of Professionals” and conferred the “Youth of the Nation Award” by the Ministry of Youth & Sports Malaysia.
