His expertise is keenly sought in working with a wide variety of businesses on how to implement practical change and risk minimisation strategies. He has considerable international cross cultural experience and is multi-lingual.

Prior to establishing Biz Momentum Phil enjoyed a successful career as a senior executive in industry as Chief Executive Officer for a European Multi-National company. Throughout his corporate career he has successfully managed a diverse range of companies in differing industry sectors.

Philip has formal qualifications in accounting, business management, leadership, workplace health & safety, human resource management and industrial relations the later two at post graduate level. He is a certified human resource professional and a fellow and member of many other professional bodies.

He has been married to Janine for 25 years and has 3 adult children.
