During his 20 years experience with Saudi Aramco Mr. AbuHulaigah has successfully executed diverse scope of business activates throughout the company working on supporting and automating various business functions like International crude Sales and Marketing, Refining and Distribution,  Manufacturing, Supply and Transportation,. These efforts have lead to a huge cost cutting, optimization, performance improvement and/or resources redeployment with minimum effect if any to the operations.

He has spent the last 8 years leading and focusing efforts on the HR operations with the primary challenge to integrate, optimize and automate most of the HR procedures, processes and systems including staffing, benefit & compensation, performance management, workforce attrition and service delivery. These efforts has consistently aligned human resources strategy with business goals and achieved significant improvements in key performance indicators such as unit cost, ROI, and productivity.

Currently leading a challenging effort to realign the Corporate HR into a strategic business partner and a contributor to the corporate strategy. This effort is focused on both building a sustainable, high-quality HR function in the long-term, but also – and no less critically – on tackling current business challenges head on through a much closer partnership with line organizations.
