Mohammed AL-Jishi

Mohamed Aljishi is an HR Consultant in Saudi Aramco.  In the past 27 years with the company, he has assumed many leadership and professional roles in HR in Saudi Arabia and in Houston, USA. He facilitated leadership development programs and presented papers in many local, regional, and international conferences.  In 2001-2002, he led the Corporate Self-development campaign and was instrumental in setting and executing strategies of the corporate Innovation campaign as well.  He led the Balanced Scorecard project in Employee Relations and Training and the Corporate Workforce KPIs for the CEO Dashboard.  He was the coordinator for implementing the recommendations of the Corporate Strategic Imperative # 6: Preparing Saudi Aramco Workforce for the Future.  In the early 90’s, he played a key role in designing and implementing the Transformation-2000 project for Training and Development.  In 1995, he led the programs’ team of ASHRM's annual conference on the "Future of HR".  He is also one of the early founding members of ASHRM itself and a member of prominent HR societies such as ASTD, ISPI, and SHRM.  He represented Saudi Aramco in GCC annual meetings for HR Specialists of Oil and Petrochemical companies and UNESCO meetings on Innovation systems in the Arab World.  He led Saudi Armco's Leadership Center in early 90’s and participated in numerous hands-on radical change projects that led to results admired by the highest ranks in the Company.  He is known as an articulate communicator, open-minded, focused and a results-oriented person.
