Suzanne Simpson

Dr. Simpson is an Industrial Psychologist, and President and Chief Science and Innovation Officer of Human Resource Systems Group (HRSG), a firm she founded in 1989 to offer human resource management research, consulting and training services to organizations of all sizes. With over thirty years of experience in her field, she is HRSG’s business leader for the delivery of full-scope competency-based HR management processes and systems for organizations.

Lorraine McKay

Lorraine McKay is Vice-President of HRSG, and has over 20 years experience as a human resources practitioner in a wide variety of practice areas.  Lorraine is particularly well known for her expertise and extensive experience in competency profiling and designing and implementing tools and processes for integrating competencies into applications in the workplace.  Much of Lorraine’s work involves the design, facilitation and delivery of training courses and programs to managers and HR professionals.
