John A. Henschke, Ed. D., is leader of the award winning Adult Education and Human Resource Development [HRD] Program at the University of Missouri in St. Louis.  He is Past-President of the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education, and is a Board Member of the International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame.  John has been testing his ideas regarding the Field of Adult Education, Lifelong Learning, and HRD around the world for 37 years.
