Before Ahmdelbedawi managed the Employee Appraisal and the Merit Increase Project implemented in all the departments in Abu Dhabi, UAE, under the Department of Civil Service, he worked in Saudi Aramco carrying several roles, including, Change Management Lead for the Saudi Aramco Strategic Enterprise Management team in the Oil and Gas Operations Business Line; managing the global change management aspects of about 14 SAP implementation projects in his capacity as Organizational Change Management Lead/OCM expert; as well as, developing and trained instructors on SAP business systems in the functionalities of Organization Management, Human Resources, Plant Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Hydro-Carbon Management, Personnel Administration, and Quality Management.
